Deactivation of Division at Camp Kilmer, NJ

 

Sep 21 1945 to 1959 *
 The division was returned to the 103d reserve unit after the army division
was deactivated and the reserve unit was in the upper Midwest, including 
Iowa, North Dakota, Minnesota and Wisconsin. The reserve unit was deactivated in 1959.
             *note that this is a reserve unit, not the active WWII unit, same logo  and name.

The 409, 410, and other parts were deactivated at other times
and also returned in the 1960-1980s as units not under the 103rd.
