Carl David Johnson

Carl is the one facing you on the left and the taller man on the
right is unknown, he was killed in action overseas. 

 If  anyone happens to recognize the man on
the right I'd like to know.
               

Carl David Johnson, a ww2 veteran who when he came out of the army was with the 

409th SC Co as a truck driver.  I have just found out that he served with the 83rd 

Chemical Mortar Battalion.  They served with Darby's 4th rangers on some pretty major

combats I am told.  There is not much that I have found out about the 83rd. maybe

there is not a lot out there.  If you know of anything would you please let me know.
